Likewise, CDFIs are experts at the import and deployment of financial resources to advance ownership and agency among individuals and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HOPE, together with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the HBCU Community Development Action Coalition, worked with Mississippi Valley State University and Jackson State University to assess community and economic development needs and opportunities in neighborhoods adjacent to their campuses.
